Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for replacement purposes only. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Hygiene & Personal Care Items:
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
• Lip gloss
• Face masks
• Skincare products
• Pamper packages

Perfume Exception:
Perfumes may only be returned if a manufacturing fault is present (faulty lid or spray mechanism), and must be reported within 24 hours with proof provided.

Custom Orders:
Custom-designed or build-your-own combos are not refundable or exchangeable.
